Another mostly good week with the U13 Girls on an upward curve and the Seniors winning yet again:

The Firsts beat Hayes and Hillingdon 7-4 at home at the Den. The Dragons had the tricky task of diving back into League fixtures after gruelling Cup ties. They faced up to the challenge and got off to an aggressive start to dominate the match. The only disappointment was that they conceded more goals than strictly necessary.

The Blues had no game.

The Old Dragonians beat Seshfield 5-1 at home in Round 2 of the Challenge Cup. This was a solid win from the Old Ds that keeps them in with the chance of winning more silverware this season.

The U16 Girls beat Aspire FC away 4-0. The Dragons were slow to both wake and warm up, however once they got out of the blocks there was no stopping them securing a resounding win.

The U15 Girls home match against Barnet Panthers was called off as Barnet pulled out.

The U13 Girls beat Barnet Nightingales 2-1 away. A great performance from the Dragons who, after going one down to Barnet, kept their composure and refused to panic. Their reward was an equaliser before the break. The second half was close and the Dragons were pushing, seeking that win – and in the very last second found it.

The new U11 Girls trained in preparation to start the League.

The new U10 Boys drew 1-1 with Bessingby Park away. The Dragons delivered a commanding performance, controlling large swathes of the game and creating numerous chances. From the opening whistle they pressed with intent and constantly kept BP on the back foot. Just when the win should have been there, the Dragons conceded the equaliser from a corner.

The U11 Boys beat London Athletic 4-0 at home. The Dragons started the game fast, winning all their individual battles and taking control. The result was three goals in the first half. The second half was much the same and the Dragons can be proud of the solid, dominant performance.

The U12 Boys had their game postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

The U13 Boys beat LNER 6-3 at home in the Middlesex Trophy. A great result in the Cup competition that keeps the Dragons in the mix. They had to dig deep to outscore LNER but by the final whistle, progression was truly theirs.

The U14 Boys Red lost 0-3 at home to ASE Junior Tigers at home in the Middlesex Trophy. The Dragons struggled to rise to the occasion and looked like they would have preferred to stay in bed.

The U14 Boys White lost 0-3 to Larkspur Rovers at home. The Dragons started the game brightly but were ultimately undone by a stout defence and a team who made the pitch extremely wide with good wing play and balls into the box. The Dragons had their chances but were not as clinical.

The U15 Boys had their game postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

The U16 Boys were awarded an automatic home win to Brook House who could not raise a team.

The U17 Boys had no game.
