London Athletic 6 v 1 Kensington Dragons U11s
The Dragon’s quickly took control of the game playing well organised football only to concede an early goal from a foul throw by the opposition which the referee chose to ignore. This set the team back and they conceded two further goals on a challenging, very muddy, pitch. Overall the Dragons had the majority of play but could not find the net.
They started the second half with passion and scored within the first ten minutes and it felt like the comeback was underway. With two dubious off sides the opposition scored two goals and the game was over for the Dragons. The team showed great character and the wins are just around the corner.
