With the Under 11Reds leading the way:

The Firsts lost 1-3 at home to Wood Lane. A tough loss for the Dragons in a very local Derby where mistakes cost them dearly.

The Blues and the Old Dragonians had no games.

The U11 Boys Red beat Pro FA 11-0 away. Fans saw some excellent goals this weekend as the Dragons looked really comfortable moving the ball across the pitch. Each week, they’re growing in confidence, getting stronger, and continuing to develop as a team.

The U11 Boys White lost 1-4 to Brook House away. Not the result the young Dragons were chasing but importantly they never gave up and managed to inflict some damage , even if the final score wasn’t in their favour.

The U12 Boys beat CS Rangers 4-1 at home. The Dragons faced a very tough and organised opponents. By half time the score hadn’t moved. A spirited half time talk encouraged the Dragons to be even more courageous. Back on the pitch the Dragons went ahead for the first time before for CS Ranger pulled back to 1-1 before the Dragons scored again and again professional precision to win.

The U13 Boys lost away to Ruislip Rangers in the Middx Trophy. The Dragons started positively to score first playing excellent football. Despite going into half-time 2-3 down, they were still very much in the game. Ruislip however took control after the break and punished the Dragons when their organisation slipped allowing the Rangers to win.

The U14 Boys beat Old Actonians 4-3 away. The Dragons started off slowly on a poor pitch and went 0-2 down in the first 15 minutes. As they got used to the pitch they improved and scored twice before half time. Second half errors allowed OA’s to take the lead again but the Dragons came back in style; heroically saved a penalty against them; and with 5 minutes left sealed the win with a free kick from 35yards out that sailed into the top corner.

The U15 Boys Red beat Ealing United 3-0 at home. A clinical result for the Dragons which makes them two wins from two in the League, with a sizable goal difference advantage even at these early stages. Most pleasing is that they are yet to concede a goal.

The U15 Boys White beat Excel 6-0 away. After the disappointment last week the Dragons bounced back in style. They clearly had the appetite: on the offensive from the first whistle with the Dragons laying siege on Excel’s goal and only some goalkeeping heroics and bad finishes saw the first 20 minutes goalless. Undeterred, the Dragons finally broke the deadlock on 25 minutes and it was a matter of how many. The second half was a continuation of the first with the Rangers tiring as the Dragons camped in their penalty area.

The U16 Boys beat Wealdstone Youth 5-3 at home. It was a great team performance from the Dragons who dominated both halves despite conceding 3 goals due to a lack of concentration. Overall however, a fantastic game.

The U17 Boys lost away to Hanwell Town. This was the first League match for the Dragons – miles away to boot and at an untimely 10am. The Dragons arrived with a full squad and pressed Hanwell much of the time. Unfortunately, Hanwell made the best of their opportunities whereas the Dragons hit the post or crossbar or the ball elegantly curved away just as it was about to hit the back of Hanwell’s net. The Dragons will improve.

The U18 Boys beat Acton Ealing Whistlers 12-3 at home. A 15 goal thriller?! Albeit 12 in favour of the Dragons who showed no mercy in front of goal. They chalk their first three points of the campaign and will keep working to replicate the performance ahead.

The U12 Girls lost 1-3 at home to Ickenham. A penalty was awarded in the first 15mins to the Dragons which the Ickenham goalkeeper pulled off a great save to keep out. Then the Dragons got another 5 mins later which was also expertly put away. Shortly after, 3 goals were handed to Ickenham in the space of about 10mins which the Dragons couldn’t recover from. The Dragons can hold their heads high as they played well throughout.

The U14 Girls lost 2-5 at home to Alexandra Park. The Dragons only had 10 players and no goalkeeper and so after 20mins one could say it was no surprise that they were 0-3 down. However, the Dragons didn’t give up and came back brilliantly before half time to make it 2-3. The Dragons played well on the new pitch using all the space but got a little tired towards the end and were unable to take their chances.

The U16 Girls and the U17 Girls had no games.
