The U12’s just lost 2-3 to Watling Club at home in a very entertaining game that saw both sides playing three up front. The pace of the Dragons forwards caused Watling problems whilst in turn their strikers physical presence caused issues for the Dragons defenders. Surprisingly the Dragons only took a 1-0 lead into half time, with a good run and finish from the striker. A couple of defensive errors then saw Watling grab a 2-1 lead. The Dragons responded by scoring again from another breakaway and finish to tie the score. Unfortunately Watling spoilt the party atmosphere by grabbing 3 points late in the game due to a goalkeeping error.
