| This heatwave is not conducive to preparing our grass pitches for the upcoming season. We are of course lucky to have our own 3G pitch but rely on grass pitches as well. There has been some talk in the press about the government delaying the start of the football season to save water. Certainly, the pitches need rain. An extraordinary summer.
We have started to collate the contact details of all our players since the very first team in the 2002/3 season. The eventual aim is to organise a massive reunion with matches etc. If there are any students who would like to help collate the information and get some work experience please contact: operations@kensingtondragons.com Work continues so we should be fully functioning by the end of September with the finishing touches taking a few more weeks. |
