With the season drawing to an end:

The Firsts had no game.

The Blues beat Wiseman West 4-0 at home. A solid win for the Dragons on home turf to end their season in great form. The squad has improved and improved over the season to develop a solid foundation for the whole Seniors’ section.

The Old Dragonians had no game.

The U12 Boys Red played out a thrilling contest in the Semi Final of the League Trophy, valiantly losing 2-4 to Super Skills at home. Playing a team in the league above, the Dragons had to work hard to thwart SS attacks, with the Dragons keeper making great saves to show why he’s the best shot stopper in the division. Despite their best efforts the Dragons found themselves 0-2 down at the break with a huge effort needed in the second half. In a moment that breathed extra belief into the Dragons, the SS keeper spilled the ball and the Dragons pounced to half the deficit – it was game on. An end to end game ensued that fell in SS favour as they scored twice more. At 1-4 down, with six minutes to go, the Dragons scored again through amazing intricate play in the final third. Alas, the final whistle came too soon and the Dragons Cup run came to an exhilarating, but sad, end.

All other Youth Boys had no scheduled games and the U10 Boys trained.

The U16 Girls were narrowly beaten 0-1 by Islington Borough at home. A closely fought game that the Dragons were unlucky to lose. Nevertheless they dug in and fought hard to the very end, a testament to the squad’s depth of character.

The U14 Girls were awarded an automatic home win as Islington Borough forfeited.

The U13 Girls beat Ealing Trailfinders 3-1 at home. A statement win against local rivals that the Dragons enjoyed, passing and moving well and working together.

The new U11 Girls lost 2-5 to Alexandra Park at home. After a good start the Dragons had momentary lapses of concentration which lead to their defence being out of position too often. Apart from that, the Dragons kept playing with smiles on their faces.
