Restart of Football!
The much interrupted 2020/21 Season has restarted for the youths with the season extended to the end of June. The Seniors 2020/21 season has been cancelled so the emphasis will be on friendly matches and tournaments in preparation for next season, starting in August.
Normally we would not play football over this Easter Weekend. The HYFL boys league, but not the Capital Girls League, have however unusually decided to schedule matches on Easter Sunday as the season has been so interrupted. Kensington Dragons will facilitate these matches but will understand if a player cannot play.
Next Coaches’ Conference – Set for 27 April:
The next topic will be “Technical Principles for Young Goalkeepers” . By the time of the Conference our goalies will be back in practice and keen to learn techniques from their coaches to improve their performance.
