The Firsts beat Camden & Islington  4-0 at home. Despite going ahead early on, the  start saw a hotly contested battle for the midfield with the Dragons giving away needless freekicks. The game threatened to become scrappy with neither side able to take full control. The Dragons dug in and broke down several C&L attacks – keeping their somewhat old fashioned no.9 in their pocket – while trying to catch them on the break. The second half was a different affair with the Dragons looking sharper and more dangerous on the counter attack. Three second half goals were just rewards and another clean sheet was the icing on the footballing cake.

The Blues and the Old Dragonians had no games.

The U13 Girls drew 0-0 with Islington Borough away. The Dragons walked out into the glorious Saturday sunshine ready to take the game to Islington, knowing it could put distance between them and their rivals in the League. The Dragons battled hard to create chances at every opportunity but just could not find a way past the Islington keeper; but they also kept firm at the back and so settled for a share of the points.

The U14 Girls just lost 1-2 at home to Broomwood. In front of the final home crowd of the season, the Dragons did not end their otherwise commendable campaign as they would have wanted. Nevertheless, they played well and fought hard which is a testament to their development throughout the year. The Dragons have earned a rest, and will come back even stronger.

All other Youth Girls teams had no scheduled games.

The Boys Youth teams matches are over. The U10 Boys trained.
